VIEW, COPY and PRINT buttons appear at the bottom of the Summary screen when you select a document you have located with a search or when you have navigated to a specific document using the menu categories.
VIEW button:
Click the VIEW button to open the document and read it.
If there is more than one file to view, a new window is displayed that lists file names for you to select. The summary screen displays some information about what each file contains so that you can select the exact file you want to view.
COPY button:
Click the COPY button to copy a document to your hard drive. You are prompted to choose a new name for the document or keep the existing name. You can also specify the exact location on the hard drive where you would like the document to be copied.
If there is more than one file to copy, a new window is displayed that lists file names for you to select. The summary screen displays some information about what each file contains so that you can select the exact file you want to copy. You can also select Copy All to copy all the files.
PRINT button:
Click the PRINT button to print any document from the CD. The print dialog box is displayed, allowing you to choose all the options available in a standard print window.
If there is more than one file to choose from, another window is displayed asking you to select a particular file to print. In this case, use the summary to help you decide which file to print.
